Refund & Sales Policy

At Moody Concepts LLC, we take pride in serving fresh, high-quality food and providing exceptional customer service. To ensure transparency and consistency, we’ve established the following policy regarding all food and beverage purchases made in person or online.


Sales Policy

  • All sales are final once an order has been prepared and delivered to the customer (in-person or for pickup/delivery).
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for completed orders unless there is an issue with the quality or accuracy of the food.


Refund Eligibility
Refunds or partial credits may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • An item was missing from the order.
  • The order was incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or preparation).
  • The food was not prepared to reasonable quality standards (e.g., undercooked, spoiled, or burnt beyond acceptable levels).


To request a refund:

  1. Contact the location where your order was placed within 24 hours of your purchase.
  2. Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Submit a photo and description of the issue, if applicable.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer changed their mind or made an ordering mistake.
  • Food was not picked up or delivered due to customer unavailability.
  • Subjective taste preferences (e.g., “didn’t like the flavor”) unless a quality concern is evident.


Online Orders (Third-Party Platforms)
If your order was placed through a third-party delivery app (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats), please refer to their refund and dispute resolution policies. We may not be able to process refunds directly for those orders.
